TINA FAWCETT, NP
Tina Fawcett is a nationally certified Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with over nine years of experience in pulmonary and sleep medicine. She is passionate about her work because she genuinely cares about helping patients improve their quality of life. She finds immense fulfillment in making a positive difference in the lives of those she serves.
Originally from Salt Lake City, Tina earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Utah in 2015. During her studies, she received an award for having the best doctoral project in her cohort, which focused on reducing delirium in ICU patients. She takes pride in her nursing career, which has spanned more than twenty years, including roles in both the ICU and emergency department.
Eight years ago, Tina relocated to Arizona in search of cleaner air to enhance her lung health. When she is not assisting patients, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, taking advantage of Arizona's many recreational activities. Her hobbies include hiking, wildlife watching, biking, and kayaking on the mountain lakes near her home. She is also known to enjoy good company, interesting podcasts, delicious food, and a nice fizzy soda.
